MDN Edify Education Ltd. conducted its Annual School Leaders Orientation Program for the Academic Year 2018-19 from 29th to 31st October 2018.
To meet the educational needs of the 21st century the principals in primary and secondary schools must play a more dynamic role and become far more than an administrator of top-down rules and regulations. Schools and their governing structures must let school leaders lead in a systematic fashion and focus on the instructional and learning processes and outcomes of their schools.
The Edify team received an overwhelming response from the School Leaders for orienting them.
Edify has designed the School Leaders Orientation Program to be an Enlightening and Educating program. Our vision is to ensure that the New School Leaders are prepared for the challenges of the school and well-equipped to benefit the stakeholders of their school. We work collaboratively & proactively with all the schools to achieve high-quality teaching & learning in the schools.
The vision of Edify affirms our passion for developing School Leaders for being part of an extraordinary & inspirational movement of schools within the Education Industry.
The line-up of sessions certainly kept up the promise for the sessions to be interesting, thought-provoking and of relevance. School Leaders were made familiar with various SOP’s & formats of academics & administrative, how to utilize the new age technology and platforms to achieve targets, etc. Last but not least they were equipped to be as ‘Affluent Leaders’.
Both the participants and the facilitators cherished the idea of working together for success and changing the way we teach and interact with children. The entire Edify Head Office is looking forward to the next chance to meet its community members again.
